PEP's 10 Driving Values

PEP’s 10 Driving Values

Our character development specialist, Mike Potts, assigned Class 21 participants the task of writing a paragraph about which of the Prison Entrepreneurship Program‘s 10 Driving Values is their favorite and why. We shared all of those write-ups with family members, but I wanted to share some great lines from this assignment with you as a sort of “greatest hits.”

I hope that you are as inspired as I am by their writing!

– Laura

In everything that we do we take pride in the responsibilities given to us and do everything to the best of our abilities, going above and beyond what is expected of us. In life this will allow us as individuals to be proud of what we have become and allow others to trust in us as we prove ourselves to be wise stewards in everything that we do. – Paxton K.

  1. These 10 DRIVING VALUES should be the foundation of both personal & business culture…think what better experiences and conversations we would be having if we all adhered to these great principles.

  2. Sherry Pfaffenberg says:

Thank you so much for sharing this. If only more people in the “free world” could live by the 10 Driving Values, the world would truly be a better place to live. Thank God that PEP men can go out there and show their circle of people how it is done. Have you read the book, The Hundredth Monkey Theory?
