WOOHOO! Some awesome photos are now available from Class “Triumphant” 21’s most recent event … Excellence in Etiquette, featuring the truly inimitable Colleen Rickenbacher (a.k.a. The Necktie Assassin).

We are grateful to our dear friend Genie Erneta for sponsoring this event (including the best meal served this year within the Cleveland Correctional Center)!

See all of the photos here:

Colleen RickenbacherPEP is still buzzing from the inspiration recently provided to our Class 17 participants by international speaker, author and etiquette guru Colleen A. Rickenbacher, CMP, CSEP, CPC, CTA.

Mrs. Rickenbacher — a.k.a. “Necktie Assassin”! — developed the curriculum that we now present in the prison for our business and professional etiquette course. She also was able to join us for Class 17’s “Excellence in Etiquette” event (click link for pictures).

Of course, as any PEP volunteer can tell you, involvement in our program is not just about giving. Read what Colleen shared about her impressions of the program:

This program and organization has just honestly touched my heart and soul. These men and the whole organization are wonderful and I just want to help as much as I can. They give me hope and energy.

Thank you, Colleen, for all that you do for PEP!

(Learn more about Colleen at Among her credits are serving as the author of “Be On Your Best Business Behavior,” “Be On Your Best Cultural Behavior” and “The Big Book of People Skills Games.” She is also the Co-Founder of Global PEC Academy)

We are very grateful to Colleen for helping us at this event. As you can see from the pictures, our participants and our volunteer executives all had a wonderful time practicing exceptional etiquette … at lunch in prison!
